DELIVERY AND CLICK & COLLECT

Shopping online with Highgrove Bathrooms has never been easier.

 

Free Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service is available at all Highgrove Bathrooms’ stores across Australia.

To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to collect your order from the store until you have received an email, notifying you that your order is ready to collect. Our staff will not be able to give you your order unless you can show your Click & Collect confirmation email, along with your photo ID.

If you would like someone else to collect your order for you, please advise your local Highgrove Bathrooms Store in advance.

Click & Collect is available strictly from 10am to 4pm – Monday to Friday

  1. Order before 1:00pm and if the item, or items are all available from your chosen store location, Click & Collect is available within approx. 2 hours Monday to Fridays.
  2. If an item on your order is not immediately available from your chosen store, you should allow for a min of 10 working days for Click & Collect.
  3. Please wait for the confirmation email, notifying you that your items are ready for collection.
  4. When your order is ready for collection, Highgrove Bathrooms will send you an email and/or an SMS, to let you know it's time to head into your selected store.
  5. Remember to bring a copy of the email and some photo ID with you.

 

Click & Collect is available strictly from 11am to 1pm - Saturdays

  1. Order before 11:00am and if all items are all available from your chosen store location, Click & Collect is available within approx. 2 hours on Saturdays.
  2. If an item on your order is not immediately available from your chosen store, you should allow for a min of 10 working days for Click & Collect Services.
  3. Please wait for the confirmation email, notifying you that your items are ready for collection
  4. When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know it's time to head into your selected store.
  5. Remember to bring a copy of the email and some photo ID with you.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 28 days from the day your order is ready for collection

After 28 days your order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.

 

AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays for parcels due to increased parcel volumes and workforce capacity constraints. FREE DELIVERY – ORDERS OVER $50, UNDER 3KG

Highgrove Bathrooms offers, Free delivery for online orders over $50, and under 3kgs.
You will receive an email with parcel tracking information, once your order has been collected by freight carriers.

STANDARD DELIVERY – ONLINE ORDERS

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

4 - 7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas

7 - 10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

You will receive an email with your order tracking information have been collected by our preferred freight carriers, courier companies or by our own Highgrove Bathrooms store delivery fleet.

Delivery will occur between 8am and 6pm in across regional locations. If you are not home to receive and sign for your order, freight carriers may request you collect your order from their nearest depot. EXPRESS DELIVERY – ONLINE ORDERS

Metro Locations

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery to and from metro locations.

Express delivery is only available if all items on your order, are immediately available from your chosen store location. You will receive an email with your order tracking information have been collected by our preferred freight carriers, courier companies or by our own Highgrove Bathrooms store delivery fleet.


Regional Locations

Express delivery services to and from regional locations will vary based on distance between our store, and your location. Delivery time estimates provided on our website are guidelines only and may increase during these uncertain times.

5 - 7 business days for express delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Deliveries will occur between 8am and 5pm across regional locations. If you are not home to receive and sign for your order, freight carriers may request you collect your order from their nearest depot. Please ensure you keep an eye out for delivery emails, and ensure someone is home to accept your order to avoid any delays.

Terms and conditions of Sale

By purchasing from Highgrove Bathrooms you accept the below terms and conditions of sale:

 

DELIVERY | IN-STORE PURCHASE

  1. Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to occur when they are handed to the Customer or his/her representative or are delivered to the premises or carrier nominated by the Customer and the Goods shall thereafter be at the Customer's risk.
  2. Upon the signing of a delivery docket, unless the contrary is noted in that docket, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition to the extent permitted by law. The Customer must notify Highgrove of a shortage or damage, if any, as soon as is practical either by informing our delivery driver or by phoning Highgrove Bathrooms. The customer must offer up for inspection/determination by Highgrove Bathrooms the said item/s in a reasonable time.
  3. Highgrove Bathrooms will not take responsibility for any shortage or damage to goods reported outside a reasonable timeframe.
  4. Highgrove Bathrooms is not required to refund goods for change of mind. An exchange or store credit may be offered, if the goods purchases are of the wrong size. All store credits are valid for 12 months only from the date of issue.
  5. In instance where a refund can be offered, a 20% re-stocking fee may be applied.
  6. Highgrove will only accept items for return that are in original unused condition with original packaging intact. Glass and mirrors will only be accepted if packaging is unopened and free of any damage to it.
  7. Certain items such as special ordered items, clearance stock, floor stock and discontinued stock cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  8. Goods will be held for a maximum of 28 days. After that goods may be resold unless arrangements have been made, this includes laybys and orders.
  9. Please ensure goods are free from damage or noticeable defects before installation as Highgrove Bathrooms will not take responsibility for uninstalling or reinstalling goods that were installed in a noticeably defective/damaged condition.
  10. Unless otherwise notified, all Highgrove Bathroom deliveries are made with one person only. You must ensure an abled person must be on site to accept and help unload the delivery. Highgrove Bathrooms does not carry items upstairs and all deliveries are to front of house only.
  11. If an abled body person is not home to accept and help unload then the delivery will be taken back to the store and a second delivery charge will apply.
  12. Highgrove Bathrooms delivery windows can be organised with your local stores. Highgrove Bathrooms staff will contact you to confirm a delivery time.
