The 20% discount applies to all products storewide, except run out stock, floor stock and discontinued items already discounted products. Additionally, the 20% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, including prizes won during previous Highgrove Bathrooms sale events.
How do I receive the 20% discount?
The 20% Off discount is automatically applied when you shop in-store at any of our 50+ showrooms nationwide. When you shop online, the code BFCM20 will be automatically applied to your cart.
I already have an order or quote with Highgrove Bathrooms, can I apply the discount to this?
The Black Friday Sale discount cannot be applied to any past purchases, quotes, or orders issued or paid for prior to the sale start date of Monday, November 18, 2024. Discounts and offers also cannot be applied to any existing order where a deposit was made before the Black Friday Sale Event commenced. Customers wishing to cancel an existing order made before the sale may be subject to a 20% restocking or cancellation fee.
Can I apply multiple discounts to my order at once?
Discounts cannot be applied or used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions including prizes won during previous Highgrove Bathrooms sale events.
How can I check if my local Highgrove Bathrooms store has stock of the product I want?
On the Highgrove Bathrooms website, navigate to the product you wish to purchase. On the individual product page, scroll down to "FIND IN STORE" and next to the store you have selected you will either see a green tick with "In Stock" or a grey cross with "Out of Stock". From here you can click "find another store" where you can select other stores to check stock availability.
What shipping options are there?
- Free Delivery on orders over $50 - Under 3kg.
- Standard Delivery is available using 3rd Party Freight Carriers.
- Express Delivery options are available for online orders using 3rd Party Freight Carriers.
- Highgrove Delivery is available from each store, facilitated using our fleet of vehicles to selected locations.

What is the return policy for Black Friday Sale purchases?
Full store credits can be offered if the Customer wants to exchange an item or wishes to return a product that is outside of the 60 days from delivery/dispatch date and meets all of the above terms, valid for 12 months.

Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of Australia and at least 18 years old. Employees of Highgrove Bathrooms and their immediate families are ineligible. Entry Process: Locate the “Cyberduck” within the product categories on the Highgrove Bathrooms website www.highgrovebathrooms.com.au and follow the “enter now” prompts to be redirected to another page to complete the entry process. One entry is allowed per person. How to Play: "Cyberduck" will be hidden on the Highgrove Bathrooms website. It may appear anywhere on product pages, from basins and hand showers to kitchen sinks. Hint: A hint will be provided to help locate the "Cyberduck" shown on the Highgrove Bathrooms Instagram and Facebook stories (@highgrovebathrooms). Time-Limited Entry: Each time the "Cyberduck" appears, participants have a limited window to find it and fill out all fields on the form to be eligible.
