Discounts and offers also cannot be applied to any existing order where a deposit was made before the Sale Event commenced. Customers wishing to cancel an existing order made before the sale may be subject to a 20% restocking or cancellation fee.Can I apply multiple discounts to my order at once?

On the Highgrove Bathrooms website, navigate to the product you wish to purchase. On the individual product page, scroll down to "FIND IN STORE" and next to the store you have selected you will either see a green tick with "In Stock" or a grey cross with "Out of Stock". From here you can click "find another store" where you can select other stores to check stock availability.
What shipping options are there?

- Standard Delivery is available using 3rd Party Freight Carriers.
- Express Delivery options are available for online orders using 3rd Party Freight Carriers.

What is the return policy for the End of Summer Sale purchases?
Full store credits can be offered if the customer wants to exchange an item or wishes to return a product that is outside of the 60 days from delivery / dispatch date and meets all of the above terms, valid for 12 months.
