Which products are discounted?
There are 600+ products discounted by 20%. Visit the webpage - for all sale items, or visit your local Highgrove Bathrooms stores for exclusive store discounts on even more products. Additionally, the discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, including prizes won during previous Highgrove Bathrooms sale events.
How do I receive the discount?
The Mid-Year Sale sale discount is already applied to the sale products. No discount code or additional action needs to be taken once the item is added to your cart. The crossed out price is indicative of the before price and the price shown on the product is the discounted price.
How can I check if my local Highgrove Bathrooms store has stock of the product I want?
On the Highgrove Bathrooms website, navigate to the product you wish to purchase. On the individual product page, scroll down to "Find In Store" and next to the store you have selected you with either see a green tick with "In Stock" or a grey cross with "Out of Stock". From here you can click "find another store" where you can select other stores to check stock availability.
Or alternatively, you can call and email your local Highgrove Bathrooms store for stock availability.
What shipping options are there?
Free Delivery on orders over $50 - Under 3kg.
Standard Delivery is available using 3rd Party Freight Carriers.
Express Delivery options are available for online orders using 3rd Party Freight Carriers.
Highgrove Delivery is available from each store, facilitated using our fleet of vehicles to selected locations.

What is the return policy for the Mid-Year Sale purchases?
Full store credits can be offered if the Customer wants to exchange an item or wishes to return a product that is outside of the 60 days from delivery/dispatch date and meets all of the above terms, valid for 12 months.

The Highgrove Bathrooms Mid-Year Sale Event begins at 8:30 AM AEST on Monday, June 9th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. During this event, customers can enjoy 20% off storewide, applicable to all full-priced bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and HB Home Spa products that are in-stock and available at any Highgrove Bathrooms retail outlet across Australia. Exclusions: The discount does not apply to run-out stock, floor stock, discontinued items, or already discounted products. Additionally, the 20% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, including prizes won during previous Highgrove Bathrooms sale events. Past Purchases and Existing Orders: The Mid-Year Sale discount cannot be applied to any past purchases, quotes, or orders issued or paid for prior to the sale start date of Monday, June 9, 2025. Discounts and offers also cannot be applied to any existing order where a deposit was made before the Mid-Year Sale Event commenced. Customers wishing to cancel an existing order made before the sale may be subject to a 20% restocking or cancellation fee. Payment and Delivery: All purchases made during the Highgrove Bathrooms Mid-Year Sale Event must be paid in full within 7 days of the sale end date, Wednesday July 2, 2025. Delivery times may vary by store, so we recommend confirming delivery dates with your local store before completing your purchase. Discount Details: The 20% discount applies to full RRP pricing across selected bathroom products, fittings, accessories, and HB Home Spa products.
