Applicable Products: This sale event applies exclusively to selected ranges of tapware, for the Spin, Mesh, and Evoke product lines, which can be viewed on our SALE page at https://www.highgrovebathrooms.com.au/sale. These products must be in stock and immediately available at any of our retail outlets across Australia to qualify for the promotion.
Non-Eligible Discounts: Discounts from this sale event cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or prizes won during previous Highgrove Bathrooms sale events.
Past Purchases: The discounted products offered during the TAPWARE Sale Event cannot be exchanged for any past purchases, quotes, or orders made or paid for before the commencement of this sale event on Monday, 23nd September 2024.
Existing Orders: Discounts and offers from the TAPWARE Sale Event cannot be applied to any existing orders where a deposit was made before Monday, 23nd September 2024. Customers wishing to cancel an existing order placed before this date may incur a 20% re-stocking or cancellation fee.
Payment Terms: All purchases made during the TAPWARE Sale Event must be paid for in full within 7 days of the sale end date, by close of business on Thursday, 31st October 2024.
Product Availability & Delivery: Delivery times and stock availability for tapware may vary by store. Customers are advised to check with in-store staff to confirm delivery dates and product availability before making a purchase.
Discount Application: The TAPWARE Sale Event discounts are already applied to the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the selected Spin, Mesh, and Evoke tapware products. For your convenience, no further discounts can be applied, whether online or in-store.
