RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS – IN-STORE PURCHASES

You are welcome to return or exchange Goods at any of our retail outlets. Visit our website to find a Highgrove Bathrooms store near you www.highgrovebathrooms.com.au/stores

Please ensure you have proof of purchase with you, so our friendly team can process your exchange. If your refund meets our exchange conditions, we will process it for you straight away.

We do not refund Goods for change of mind returns. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing product online, or in-store.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS - ONLINE ORDERS

The cost of returning Goods, such as freight, postage or any other transport costs associated with the return of Goods is the customers responsibility. Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.

To return, exchange or receive a refund you must return the Goods to your local Highgrove Bathrooms store and;

  1. Provide staff with a copy of your invoice
  2. Bring ID, such as Proof of Age Card, Driver’s License or Passport
  3. Bring the same credit card, or bank card used to purchase your Goods.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE – ONLINE ORDERS

We understand that many customers will not be able to physically make it into stores during this time so this gives peace of mind with any purchase made or are planning to make. We have temporarily extended our exchange return period to 60 days.

If you are looking to exchange Goods, please check to see whether your item meets the conditions detailed in our returns policy. We do not accept returns for 'change of mind'. If you have any questions, please contact your local Highgrove Bathrooms store.
