COVID RESTRICTIONS AND UPDATES

In line with government guidance, we would like to let our valued customers in Sydney, Regional NSW, South Australia and Victoria know that Highgrove Bathroom stores in these areas will remain open to ensure customers and tradespeople have access to the products required to complete emergency repairs and maintenance around the home. Our staff are also on hand to assist you via phone, email and our website.

We encourage customers to utilise our contactless click & collect where possible, this is available by appointment only.

Our staff will be contacting customers by phone and email to organise suitable 3rd part freight where delivery or contactless click and collect are not available.

In-store order collections in these COVID restriction affected areas are also available by appointment.

CONTACTLESS COLLECTIONS



Step 1 – Shop Online or Over the Phone
Please speak with the staff about our payment options. Or place an online order.

If Contactless Collection is required, an email will be sent to you confirming your pick up timeslot with Highgrove Bathrooms’ collection process and your order confirmation.

Please bring a copy of your order with you.


Step 2 – Arrive at Store
An email will be sent to you or a collection time will be organised by phone, confirming your allocated 45min timeslot to collect products.

On arrival call your local Highgrove Bathrooms store to let them know you have arrived, and drive to the Warehouse door.


Step 3 – Confirmation and Order Acceptance
Please have your order confirmation and photo ID handy, a team member will ask to sight these through your car window.

If you need to open your car boot or trailer, please let the staff know so they can give you space to do so and return to your car. Please keep windows closed and remember to wear your face mask or coverings at all times.


Step 4 – Boot or Trailer Drop
Staff will locate your order and place it in your car boot or trailer.

Once items are safely stored, our team member will take a photo of the products in your car and take note of your licence plate number. This will replace the need for you to sign for your goods.

Your tax invoice will be emailed to you.

Highgrove Bathrooms staff have been trained and are all adhering to all the necessary hygiene precautions to protect our employees, our customers and the community. From our warehouses, through to our retail outlets, we have implemented strong policies and hygiene processes to ensure we all remain safe, whilst complying with government legislation as it becomes available. The above are mandatory collection and delivery processes for all Highgrove Bathrooms stores in Victoria, effective 2nd June 2021.

THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES

Step 1 – Shop Online or by Phone

Order placed online or directly to store via phone.

A team member will call or email you to arrange delivery via third party provider.

Please speak with the staff in stores regarding our payment options.

Step 2 – Delivery Confirmation

When your order is ready for 3rd Party Delivery, you will be emailed and or notified over the phone by our team members.

Your tax invoice will be emailed to you.

Highgrove Bathrooms staff have been trained and are all adhering to all the necessary hygiene precautions to protect our employees, our customers and the community.

Customers in non-affected regions can continue to shop in-store with confidence, order by phone or online from the comfort of their homes.
