Conner’s Practical, Coastal Investment Property

Conner Wood, a Carpenter and Builder based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches was looking for a renovation project that needed a lot of love!

When he inspected this seaside home located on the Central Coast of NSW, he knew it was the perfect investment and renovation project. Connor put his skills to work and his vision was to create an open plan home for young family, or potentially a modern home where he and his partner could reside.

He started upstairs, added new built-in wardrobes and adding an ensuite to the master bedroom. In the main living area, he opened up the space by removing some structural elements which allowed the living area to flow into dining room and open kitchen.

His vision as to design a home which fits with the coastal scene and surrounding area and this vision made even more sense when Connor walked through our showroom in West Gosford.

After carefully viewing our huge range of quality bathroom fittings, Conner was able to transform two beautiful bathrooms in his rental property, into a modern, stylish and family friendly home.

Ensuite

The ensuite radiates warmth with the different tones and textures it features from the timber vanity, striking brushed brass highlights and luxe VJ Panelling on the wall. Full of bright whites that bring a clean look to the bathroom and is easy to maintain for future renters, this bathroom is full of functional elements that compliment the light and balmy aesthetic. Capturing natural light and bouncing it across the spacious room, it shimmers across the golden hues of the brushed brass fittings and accessories and opens up the area, making it feel larger.

Carefully designing the space to encompass plenty of practical storage from our ROCCO Mirrored Cabinet and EDEN Timber Wall Hung Vanity, there is plenty of areas to store bathroom amenities. Conner has also included a vast and comfortable shower layout, using the EDEN Hand Shower and EDEN Shower Rail combination to create the ultimate soothing shower experience. Spot the designer curves from theVISTA Wall Faced Toilet Suite hidden in the corner of the room matching the shape of the matte white OMEGA Bench Mount Basin.

Main Bathroom

This functional main bathroom layout, represents practical luxury. Keeping a cohesive design to the ensuite, Conner has used the same vanity layout, with a twist. You will spot our timeless and minimalist REFLEKTA Pencil Edge Arch Mirror, offering a balance crisp lines to match the vanity and soft curves to match the elegant LUSINI Solid Surface Bench Mount Basin. With the extra space in this room, Conner has included an integrated bath and shower, using the ESSENCE Freestanding Corner Bath as a practical and perfect solution for this bathroom, bringing the luxury of a freestanding bath to the space without compromising on the size of the bathroom. On top, he has used a Bath Screen Kit which features more beautiful curved edges and a swinging door for easy access into the shower/bath, making this space functional and family friendly.

With both spaces packed with functionality and oozing style, Conner has created two beautiful coastal bathrooms. By keeping the style and design cohesive throughout his home, Conner has created spaces in this rental property that will be a favourite room for his next occupants.
