The 2020 House Rules first challenge was to undertake the HUGE renovation of the Focus Apartments penthouse, located 32 stories above the sunny beaches of Queensland’s Gold Coast. Teams set the bar high in the first two week of the competition as they turned this abandoned apartment into a glamourous and luxurious “Miami beach” inspired penthouse full of colour in “gelato tones”, brushed brass fittings and timber touches.
