Our Cactus Abode’s Home + Guest House Makeover!

Alex from Our Cactus Abode caught up with Style Curator about her inspirational bathroom transformations featuring the inspiring ensuite that went from an outdated design and turned into the heavenly day-spa retreat they have today! Alex has created a stunning palm springs home and guest house full of Highgrove Bathrooms designer products and we watched as they transformed all three tired bathrooms into luxury spaces.

Guest Bathroom:

The first bathroom to be transformed, the guest bathroom, is open, functional and stylish. The walk-in shower and wall hung vanity gives the illusion of spaciousness and opulence while the warm, beachy colour palette and natural timber textures make the space feel inviting.

Main Bathroom:

The main bathroom is a picture of relaxation, its coastal design boasts curves and balmy vibes.

Your eye is instantly drawn to the luxury LUSINI Solid Surface Freestanding Bath in Matte White, sitting in front of the textured peachy feature wall. The space is complimented by SPIN Brushed Brass Tapware and the arched niche.

Similar design to the guest bathroom, this space is warmed by the timber wall hung vanity and finished off with an extra splash of colour from the beautiful styling elements creating the perfect coastal sanctuary.

Ensuite:

Different from the other two bathrooms, the ensuite has a clean and fresh design, using more whites and neutrals as well as the unique pave tile for a Mediterranean feel. This room is bright and airy, as the natural light bounces around the room and shimmers across the brushed brass tapware, accessories and shower outlets.

Alex has created the ultimate retreat, with a focal point on the elegant arch walkway. You’ll also spot the generous walk-in shower and our glamourous REFLEKTA Round LED Pencil Edge Mirrors, perfect for mood lighting and getting ready in the morning. Our SWELL Wall Hung Vanities make a statement in this space with its sleek look and delicate bevelled detailing that fits perfectly into this palm springs design.
